Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

At Trends Kart 24 we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully for more details.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
- The return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Approval :Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. We may provide a return shipping label if applicable.
3. Return Shipping :You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Return Confirmation : Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is approved, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be created in the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.) within 7 days.
- The refund amount will include the product cost but exclude any shipping charges unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
4. Exchanges
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support at support@trendskart24.com.
Time Frame : The exchange product will be delivered to you within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for the return or replacement of the product at no additional cost to you. Photos of the damage may be required to process the claim.
6. Non-Returnable Items

- Underwear, socks, and lingerie
- Cosmetics and skincare products (opened or used)
- Hair care products (e.g., shampoos, conditioners)
- Toothbrushes, razors, and other personal grooming items
Customized or Personalized Products
- Engraved, monogrammed, or custom-made products
- Products made to customer specifications (e.g., tailored clothing, personalized gifts)
Gift Cards and Vouchers
- Gift cards or store credits
- Promotional vouchers or coupons
Electronics (If Seal Is Broken)
- Mobile phones, tablets, laptops (if original seal is broken)
- Wearable devices (smartwatches, fitness trackers)
Intimate Apparel
- Bras, panties, shapewear, swimsuits (due to hygiene concerns)
Opened Software, CDs, DVDs, or Games
- Opened or downloaded software
- CDs, DVDs, or games where the seal has been broken
Household & Cleaning Products
- Opened cleaning supplies (detergents, disinfectants)
- Used home cleaning devices (vacuums, air purifiers)
Beauty Tools
- Hairbrushes, combs, and styling tools
- Makeup brushes and sponges
Sale or Clearance Items
- Items marked as final sale or purchased during a clearance event.
Bedding & Mattresses
- Opened or used mattresses, pillows, or bed linens

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the specified period, please:
- Check your bank or payment provider for any pending transactions.
- Contact your credit card company or bank as refunds may take time to post.
